Something is amiss! And then, everything is as it should be…as it should’ve been from the moment of its creation.” And, as the enigmatic Phantom Stranger explains what has just unfolded in the unseen fabric of time and space, the Joker tries for a cheap shot upon Superman, only to have his cruel intentions backfire rather painfully.
