Type: Original Art Page Color: Publisher Date: Humorama, 1972
Description:
Gorgeously beautiful ink-wash page of the ditzy, yet beautiful blonde bombshell Pussycat from the story “Why the West Was Wild," by the ever talented Jim Mooney (pencils and ink-wash). This lovely page features superb images of Pussycat, especially the one where she is taking a bubble bath, playing the role of "Bath House Lil," to the great admiration of her western crowd fans. Driving her employer "BANANAS!" Pussycat dries herself off and then has the idea of, "Play the part of a hard-riding Annie Oakley?" What could possibly go wrong now? Just simply a rousingly fun, lighthearted and sexy piece in every aspect.

Multiple dates on the reverse side (1972-73), as this story seems to have been printed several times in different Humorama publications. Art is a bit wider at 11.25” x 15.25,” due to the larger magazine format.
